A meeting with the prospective client is arranged to discuss requirements and generate an initial brief. This service is free of charge. On approval the brief is finalised based on their requirements, expectations and budget.

Appointment of Consultants
Projects may require a Structural Engineer to be appointed during the design stage, which we can organise.
Appointment of Contractor
We have details of various contractors, all of which we have worked with on previous projects and are members of The Federation of Master Builders.
Planning Applications
We are able to advise you on whether a planning application is required and can take you through the process. Pre-application advice will be sought to make the application process smoother and more successful. We have gained many planning approvals and use our experience and knowledge to get the best result for the client.
Project Management
We offer our project management services; whereby we oversee the project and contract between the client and contractor. Ensuring the project is carried out in accordance with the approved design and client brief.
